I'm impressed at how hard all of you are working under this extreme pressure and frustration. I know many travel agents who wouldn't care much about making things right.

It must be tough to deal with such a spike in reservations; take comfort in that many vendors also feel the heat after using these groups buying websites! You're definitely not alone.

I wish to assure you that your commitment has won me over despite my initial unhappiness. Small but salient victory.

The staffs is quite friendly and helpful. Offer me drinks when I need to wait for my room to be prepared on first day of check in.

The overall experience was satisfying. The rooms were nice. The breakfast was excellent, the staff extremely courteous and the location can't be better.

The bathroom had a standing shower, which is my preference. The room was very quiet, unlike many hotel rooms on Batam Island. The buffet breakfast was adequate, especially if you can cope with mainly-Indonesian offerings. That said, you could order eggs done any style but there was not much else to go with them. I only had breakfast there, but the staff were pleasant and very obliging.
