10-DAY Money Back Guarantee

We want our customers to be happy and we work hard to meet their requirements. But if for any reason you are dissatisfied with the affordability of our Tour Packages that we offer, you are guaranteed to get your money back.

Price Policy

Far East Travel & Lifestyle , is committed to provide lowest prices guaranteed. Our Courts Price Check Team will visit our competitors daily, to make sure our prices are the lowest.

What you Simply need to do:
  1. Just let us know the evidence of the same tour package with the exact same travel package that we offered. Simply request for service cancellation within 10 days of your order payment day. To cancel you need to mail us a written notice or submit a cancellation request via our email deals@fetravel.com.sg. Please provide a detailed explanation with your return of the Tour Package/s that you could find the same with other Tour Agencies.
  2. Fill out our cancellation form, making sure that you answer all of our questions.
  3. Submit the form to us.
  4. Give us between 4-6 weeks to refund your amount. Additional charges may apply with credit card and check refunds.
Our refund policy:
  1. Cancellation requests must be submitted in written via regular mail or by email to deals@fetravel.com.sg
  2. In addition, a cancellation form must be completed for the cancellation process to be considered complete. (The form can be located using your registered user menu.)
  3. Cancellation requests without a complete cancellation form will not be reviewed until the form is submitted too.
  4. Cancellation via informal email or over the phone will not be accepted.
  5. We cannot refund you twice for the same service - i.e. if we have refunded you once and you request the same service again, you will not be refunded a second time for the same service.
  6. No refunds will be available after 10 days of your purchase of the said Tour Package.
  7. Some of the items, like a template that was purchased specifically for you and at your choice, cannot be refunded by Complete Website Care. They will have to be refunded by the template vendor or supplier.
  8. Different suppliers and vendors have different refund policies and we are not responsible for the template refund if the vendor/supplier refused to refund you. If your service/product was cancelled by Complete Website Care, LLC, for violating our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, we will not be issuing any refunds to you.
Exchanges

You can exchange your purchase of our Tour Packages within the 10 days days from the purchase date. All Tour Packages should include the original invoice and be mailed to the address noted above. Please provide a detailed explanation with your return of the Tour Package(s) that you would like in exchange.
