No show and cancellation policy
- Should a cancellation be received 7 days prior to the arrival on Normal Season, High Season and Peak Season, a penalty of $200/- room rate contracted will be applied to your account .
- Should a cancellation be received less than 7 days prior to the arrival on normal season, high season and peak season or "No Show", 100% of total reservation will be deemed as forfeited to your account .
